Low eye-to-eye split tail on NT Tengu
This is how I rig and climb an eye-to-eye split tail on an NT Tengu harness. The technique requires ability to footlock the tail or use a rope grab on your foot. When using a Pantin combined with a single loop footlock the system is self-tending within three pulls off the ground. The hitch is self-tending as configured, all you do is pull rope above the hitch and move rope with your feet below the hitch to climb. The system is unique to the Tengu harness.
