Post Connecticut climbing
Went down to Sandy Hook, CT to climb with some good friends Ian and Aaron. Ian went with me to the Sierra Nevada forest in 2010 to rescue some gear out of an old-growth tree on 12 hours notice, one of the most positive and non-stop climbers I've had the pleasure to hang out in a tree with. Aaron was an Asian Longhorned Beetle survey climber in the NYC area for many years, currently doing tree work in Washington, DC. Aaron is the most tree considerate climber I've ever met, he is constantly adjusting his climbing approach to have the least impact on any tree he climbs.

Your video on your 2010 trip with Ian has remained one of my all-time favorite climbing videos. That you undertook it with only twelve hours lead time only adds to the magic!

Awesome Dave, it's great to connect the dots, glad you appreciate the sequoia climb vid!
