Wow, that stinks. Yet another reason not to leave installed ropes hanging around.

Pretty crazy though that whoever put that "obstacle course" in made the footloop opening large enough for a kid to fit their head in. In building codes for example there's a spec for maximum opening/width between vertical rails in a porch railing, idea being it has to be narrow enough so a kid can't get their head through.
