It appears that a last-second glitch has occurred with the rental of the Marywood Conference Center site on the dates that were originally posted. It seems that two groups are listed for the same site at the same time -- we're seeking clarification and hope to have it resolved within 48-72 hours.

If you haven't made travel arrangements to Jacksonville, Fla. yet for the 3-6 November dates, please wait until this is sorted out. Sorry about the conflabulation...!

The GOTC board had an emergency conference call Monday night, June 20, and agreed to look at other dates for the rendezvous at Marywood Conference Center in Jacksonville. Ponderosa will be the contact person and will attempt to negotiate new weekends in late October or November. As stated in the above post, DO NOT make travel arrangements to Jacksonville until we've had a chance in the next 48-72 hours to sort this out.

Thanks Mr Bill, you just saved me $385 - I am glad I put the ticket on "hold" instead of buying it yesterday - it was non refundable and there is an extra charge of $150 if it has to be changed in any way. No bueno!
