 One Handed Knot Tying - 10 000+ views on You TubeI began posting one handed knot tying videos on Youtube just about 10 months ago. The total views have exceeded 10 000.
I take this as a sign that ropework is as fundamental to our nature as gazing into the flickering flames of a fire. NPR just this week was reporting evidence of rope making (thread) going back 30 000 years. I'm sure if I had a jazzy lady in a bikini on the video that the number of hits would be higher. This goes to show that plain old knot tying finds interest out there. This made me wonder how many views I've had. I was surprised to see I had one that had 2,000 views!
